Opt-Out & Content Removal

Who This Is For
If you're a photographer, model, or anyone else whose public photo has been stolen and reused by a scammer, or if your own face, name, phone number, or profile is being referenced by one of the investigation tools and you want it excluded from future checks, this page is for you.
What You Can Request
- — Removal of a specific photo or face from the reverse-image checking process.
- — Removal of a specific name, phone number, email, or handle from a records-based check.
- — A copy of what information a check has referenced about you, where applicable.
How to Request It
Email: contact(at)catfishfinder.xyz with:
- — What you want removed (a photo URL, name, number, email, or handle).
- — Something that reasonably establishes it's actually yours (a matching public profile is enough — you don't need to send government ID).
Your Rights, Depending on Where You Are
If you're in the EU/EEA or California, applicable data-protection law (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) may give you a formal right to access, correct, or delete personal data processed about you, separate from the good-faith removal process above. Say so explicitly in your request if you're invoking a specific legal right, so it's handled as that.
What Happens After You Submit a Request
We confirm the request is genuinely about your own likeness or data, then apply the exclusion to the relevant check. This is a manual process right now, not an instant automated form.
