Reverse-Image-Resistant Photo Selection on Snapchat
Photos are consistently distant, poorly lit, or angled away — harder than normal to match against other sources. On Snapchat, where the dominant catfish pattern is disappearing-message design used to avoid leaving a reviewable chat history, this tactic is a common companion to that pattern. Snapchat supports live video calling in-app, so a live call is the fastest way to test for this tactic directly.
Counter-Move
Treat a photo set that is unusually hard to search as its own data point, not a coincidence of bad lighting.
