Refuses Video Call in the Deployed Medical Officer Script
Refuses Video Call is one of the tactics composing the "Deployed Medical Officer" playbook. A new, plausible-sounding reason each time a video call is proposed, with the request never flatly refused. In this specific script, the pattern leads toward: A one-time "release" or "courier" fee, framed as the sole remaining obstacle between the target and a large asset the operator claims to already possess.
Counter-Move
Require an unscripted live video call as a hard precondition for any further financial discussion, and verify the claimed military affiliation through the relevant service branch's own public registry rather than any contact information the operator supplies.
