Rapid Trust-Transfer Request on Discord
A request to introduce, recommend, or vouch for the person to someone else, unusually early in the relationship. On Discord, where the dominant catfish pattern is shared-server presence used as manufactured social proof before a direct-message approach, this tactic is a common companion to that pattern. Discord supports live video calling in-app, so a live call is the fastest way to test for this tactic directly.
